It’s not often you see an average Joe pulling over a police officer, but it happened in Washington. A man by the name of Gavin Seim noticed a police officer using an unmarked car to pull over people, so he decided to flag him down and give him a warning.
Seriously. He gave this officer a warning, and it was great. Also, let’s give some credit to the officer here. He handled the situation well. Hopefully he changed his ways.
