Twitter Is Obsessed With Finland President’s Dog (TWEETS)

Lennu, a five-year-old Boston terrier who is Finnish President Sauli Niinistö’s pet, has gathered quite a following on social networks.

Being the first dog of Finland you would think he would be trained in public relations, but this little rascal does what he wants. He is photogenic so no one could blame him if he ran through the room with a toy in his mouth. That is why he became so popular, and we all needed a break from all the political chaos involving Trump and Brexit.

We sometimes get too involved in politics, and this little guy seems to be the distraction we all needed. He knows how to get into the spotlight and I dare you to ignore him during this interview.

When Kelly Weill posted photos of Lennu on Twitter, the post got over 100,000 likes and 38,000 shares. Soon everyone started wondering why this pup doesn’t have his own Twitter account.

Here are some more tweets about the Finland first dog. Enjoy!
