Peeqo is a chat robot built by Abhishek Singh. It responds to voice commands with GIFs, and Singh detailed his entire (extensive) process on Imgur for those who love to know how things work.
Singh says:
“Think of him as the love child of Amazon Echo and a Disney character.”
