Police officers should be forced to follow the same rules as we do. Their job is to protect us, and if they’re doing something that could potentially be harmful to the people they are working to protect, they should be held accountable.
So when a trucker noticed a police officer speeding past him while playing around on his cellphone, he decided to pull him over by honking his horn at him.
