Grilling season is here, folks! Memorial Day weekend is a little under two weeks away, which means you’re running out of time to prepare for your first big party of the summer.
Thankfully, we have a neat tip to share with you. No one likes it when food sticks to the grill. It’s incredibly annoying, but it’s something you can prevent. All you need is a potato.
Just pre-heat the grill, cut a raw potato in half and use a fork to rub the cut side of the potato all over the grill. According to the video below, the starch from the potato creates a barrier between the food and the grill.
