Dad Spent 8 Months of Evenings and Weekends to Finish This Amazing Indoor Treehouse for His Kids

Fulfilling our kids’ dreams is one of the most satisfying feelings in the world, even if that is just cooking their favorite food, buying the toys that they’ve been eyeing for months, or building the treehouse that they always want.

Well, one man seems to be in the first place in winning the “Best Father of the Year.” Jared Geddes, a father of four adorable kids located in Maple Valley, built one of the most amazing treehouses you will ever see in the comforts of their own home.

According to Jared, the project took 8 months of evening and weekend works. You might be asking while he only does the projects at night, well, Jared is an engineer by day. That is why he only gets his hands on his woodwork tools once he is done with his 9 – 5 job.

According to his website, Jared started his woodworking love when he was in middle school shop class. With this experience, he started to realize the real reason why the projects he created at school were so amazing than the things that he built in the comforts of their home. It is because he was not using the proper and correct tools. After convincing his father to buy him an old craftsman table saw from a friend, he started his journey in creating multiple masterpieces with the use of wood. Woodworking to Jared is the most satisfying hobby there is, he loves seeing how his ideas and designs materialize into a functional masterpiece.

Nowadays, the timelapse video of his 8 months of hard work has already garnered more than 44 thousand views. You can check it out below and be amazed at how he turned a dozen of woods into a beautiful indoor treehouse that his kids certainly adore.
