Katie Meade, a 32 year old girl with Down syndrome proves that just because you have Down syndrome does not mean you cannot be beautiful.
She was born with a heart defect, but now she is a proud model of some beauty products such as hair mask.
She said the experience was something that she would never forget. She also said that it was fun and that she loved how the images turned out.
“I am very proud of myself, ” she added.
Turned out, she was the ambassador for Best Buddies International which supports people with disabilities to meet friends and find jobs.
Way to go, Katie!
