This Pit Bull Is “Literally Obsessed” With Kittens, And These Adorable Photos Prove It!

  1. Pit bulls are so vicious.
  2. You should never have a pit bull as a pet if you have children.
  3. Ban pit bulls from invading your neighborhood!

You have probably heard it all before. For some reason, pit bulls are always getting blamed for things they didn’t do. It’s a sad world we live in, but thankfully animal lover Becca Pizzello is trying to throw some smiles in the mix.

She rescued a pit bull terrier named Bubba from a shelter in Arizona six years ago. He was just three-months-old when she brought him home. And around this same time, her roommate had rescued a litter of kittens that had to be bottled fed until they were old enough to be adopted.

Since then, Bubba has had an endless affection for cats. Literally obsessed,” Pizzello told ABC News. She always wanted to get Bubba his own kitten to hang out with, but she wanted to wait until she moved to New York City.

So for a few years, Bubba had to live without kittens, and I think we all know that’s no way to live. We all need kittens in our lives. But still, Pizzello didn’t want to take on another animal until she moved.

Well, she finally made the move this year and after weeks of applying for kittens available for adoption, Pizzello finally received a call from a rescue in Brooklyn.

And that’s where she met Bubba’s little sister, Rue.

“They had a litter of kittens that were 7-weeks-old and would be ready in a week. A week later I went to Brooklyn to pick up a baby kitten having absolutely no idea what they looked like. Rue stood out like no other and I took her home as fast as I could. She was the only orange baby.”

Pizzello claims that Bubba and Rue are inseparable. They are always hanging out with each other. Bubba even “snuggles close to her (Rue) to make her comfortable.”
