Adorable 3-Year-Old Tries To Earn Taekwondo White Belt By Breaking Board

I can still remember back in 1984 when just about all of my friends wanted to join a dojo after watching “The Karate Kid.” Just about everybody was practicing “wax on, wax off” and “The Crane Kick.” And I’m sure during this time, thousands of strip mall dojos across the U.S. were enjoying record success as parents flocked to sign their kids up for classes.

And while today, more kids are interested in learning UFC style “mixed martial arts,” there are still plenty of traditional dojos around teaching something you just can’t find in an MMA gym.

Styles such as judo, ju-jitsu, karate, and taekwondo teaches kids invaluable life lessons and principles that go far beyond learning kicks, punches, and throws. These kids also learn about respect, honor, history, traditions, and self-discipline.

This video shows a very adorable little student attempting to earn his white belt in taekwondo. His instructor lays out a thin board for him to break with his foot, and let’s just say his tiny student tries to break it using some pretty unorthodox but very cute techniques. Take a look at the mini Bruce Lee in action.

Wasn’t that just the most adorable thing? Be sure to show this to your friends and family and share the smiles. And as always, thank you for your support.
