How many times have you apologized this week?
That time you arrived late, or when you didn’t make a lot of sense, or when you weren’t as good as expected, or for someone else’s behavior, or simply because you exist? – Well, I did, A LOT.
I came to understand that we over-apologize, and mostly, we do it out of politeness or good manners, not because we really mean it.
Also, I realized we could all use a little more gratitude in our lives.
They often say a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles, so when I read about this simple mindful change in my life (and actually practiced it) I couldn’t wait to share it with you guys!
A lot of positive effects come out of this simple action. It turns the negative vibe of doing something wrong into the kind act of appreciating what other people do and mean to us.
I mean, a little sunshine can’t hurt anyone, right?
