When he was just 6-years-old, Caleb Howard suffered a traumatic brain injury as the result of a car accident. For all intents and purposes, little Caleb was unable to respond to anything, appearing lifeless to his parents.
One day, it was recommended that a dog named Colonel step in and act as Caleb’s therapy animal. Caleb’s parents were desperate for a solution, hoping for a miracle, so they said yes.
