David Foster, a multiple Grammy Award winner and a renowned musician was the pianist of the show. He gave a brief introduction to the piece, wonderfully explaining how it came to life.
It turns out; the powerful song was co-written by David himself and his daughter Amy Foster. Together, the three came up with a masterpiece like no other. Well, with those giant names in the industry collaborating over a single, you sure bet it would sound so ethereally good! While there are two versions of this song (Italian and English), I personally love the mixture of the two languages in this particular performance. He sang each note flawlessly as expected. The symphony itself was so pure, and Andrea’s vocals just take you to another world.
You don’t even have to speak Italian to know that the piece is full of lightness and love. Everything it radiates is just beauty. The song is actually a message of hope and comfort to everyone who feels like giving up.
