Angelina Jordan Has Re-Made ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ Into a Jazz Classic and the Internet Is in Awe

Bohemian Rhapsody was a classic song by Queen, a British rock band, and is written by their main vocalist Freddie Mercury. It became a hit that many artists have done a version and rendition of this song. In fact, this composition received the most wins at 91st Academy Awards; it took home four Oscars.

Remember Angelina Jordan, the seven-year-old girl who won in Norway’s Got Talent in 2014, where she did “Gloomy Sunday” by Billie Holiday and got a unanimous yes and very warm comments from the judges? This time after six years, she’s into America’s Got Talent doing “Bohemian Rhapsody.” According to her, she’s been wanting to sing for Simon, being a legend himself, it would be amazing if she could impress him. She was also hoping to win cause it will be the biggest opportunity of her life.

She turned the rock song into a jazz version. She already impressed the audience and viewers just as she started into her introduction. It was so heartwarming to see all lights from the viewers swaying with her song; you can’t help but be mesmerized by its effect. After her number, they gave her booming applause, cheers and shouts, and of course, a standing ovation. It was a really fantastic performance that she was told that they are witnessing the birth of something special, a star, as she was also told in her Norway’s Got Talent audition. It was really a dream come true for her because she achieves her goal to amazed Simon.

With so many versions of “Bohemian Rhapsody,” I think this is the best one ever, a different genre coming from the girl who promised to always perform barefoot, this is after she talked with a homeless girl with no shoes.
