If you’re up for some Bocelli magic, you’re definitely in the right place. Matteo Bocelli, son of the legendary opera singer Andrea Bocelli, has been on the internet spotlight recently. His striking good looks and divine voice is something you could never miss, not to mention that the name he carries has a long history of unbelievable talent and magnificent performances. Now, he’s here on a duet with the Slovenian singer, Nuška Drašček. Together, they gave justice to Elvis Presley’s classic song, “Can’t Help Falling In Love.” It was in celebration of the 200th anniversary of Postojna Cave’s discovery in Slovenia.
And can I just say that Matteo incredibly looked great standing tall in a tux? I think my knees are going weak instantly! His voice was full of certainty and emotions as he started singing the song. The gorgeous Nuška then joined him on stage, and sweetly smiled before taking over the next part. She showed much power and control as her voice beautifully carried the melody. And as the two started singing together, you can’t help but close your eyes and listen closely to their distinct voices. The way Matteo’s low, cool tone matched Nuška’s high, fiery flair created a stunning symphony. It was perfect.
The piece has been an all-time crowd favorite even after nearly five decades. Today’s generation is still enjoying the song as they perform it in karaoke or play it with their guitar, piano, or even ukulele. It’s timeless! The hit tune has been arranged differently for thousands of times to suit each performer’s style, yet its essence still never gets old. It’s something you’d still love to hear any time of the day and have its magic urge you to sing along with it.
So, stay a bit more and fall in love once more as you watch Matteo and Nuška’s outstanding duet. Trust me; it’s meant to be!
Matteo has definitely soared high in his own right. I can’t wait to see more of his shining musical career!
