This band from Davao, Philippines, showcases their unique skills and talent not just in reggae music but in different genres too.
The Farmer band has now earned a huge following on Facebook and Youtube. They now have growing 300k subscribers in YT where they usually upload their videos. Their followers are not just Filipinos, but they are now starting to establish a name that will be recognized abroad. One of their hit videos online is their cover of The Beatles’ Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da. The video reached 1.9 million views! What makes the video all the more entertaining is the band’s outdoor setup – in a nipa hut with trees in the background. Such a refreshing and humbling sight for the audience. No extravagant backdrops, decoration, massive instruments, and band outfit.
The band is in straight jeans, slippers, and shirt and of course, bringing their impressive talent and vocals, and don’t forget that classic reggae look- seemingly looks right in the middle of a farm.
